The hotel overall is very nice and clean. However, the staff at the restaurant for breakfast were inattentive. We were there for a few days and all those days we had to ask for water as well as follow-up on our orders. Would be understandable if there were a lot of customers but that was not the case. Sad.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hilton Clark! The customer service and attentiveness to our needs are unmatched. Our stay was made extra special because of the ff staff: 1) Lucky - very considerate during our check in 2) Loisa - immediately took action when we reported a concern in our room 3) Parcon - very friendly and approachable 4) Roderic - very attentive to details! he surprised us with a birthday cake by the pool. The birthday girl was so touched. It really made her day extra special. Indeed, a service we won’t forget. Big thanks, guys!! Further, the breakfast buffet is superb! So many great and diverse choices. Our indoor dining order also arrived earlier than expected. The amenities are all clean. We enjoyed our time in the pool! Even the life guard on duty is very friendly. Will definitely visit again ❤️

Everything is just perfect! Couldn’t complain about anything. Best place to chill and relax or simply hang out! Food is amazing and the staff are more than friendly and helpful.

Staffs are all very warm, attentive and welcoming. Amneties are all fun for my child. Food in their Xi Restaurant is the best Chinese food ever! They also give complimentary bday cake for my child.

Perfect stay in Clark. Very Clean and Amenities are Plentiful. The Problem is the Playground Area, it needs appointment. Overall would stay again in Clark Hilton. Best Hotel in Clark ! Big Rooms, Clean Pool, Good Breakfast and Good Service
