門哈加灣酒店 (Menjaga Bay)

被小紅書網圖騙去的，衹有4間水屋是可能有好的view的，備註了也輪不到，而且日落正好被山擋住 想浮潛需要自己先kayak出去很遠一段，劃出去了怕回不來！所以唯一活動就是spa，想要去一日遊的還是選本島吧 非常不方便

So disappointed—this was by far the worst experience, and the issues started from check-in to checkout. First, the service is abysmal. The only way to communicate with the staff is via WhatsApp, which is incredibly inconvenient. There’s no in-person responsiveness when you need help quickly. The biggest problem? On the day I checked into my overwater bungalow, the air conditioning broke down. It was so hot inside that I had to go to the hotel’s spa just to cool off for a while. But when I returned, the bungalow was even hotter than the outdoors! I asked the staff for a solution repeatedly, but their only response was “just wait.” It wasn’t until I went to the front desk in person that 8pm that they finally told me the AC couldn’t be fixed—no apology, no offer of a different room, nothing. The “compensation” they offered the next day (after I kept complaining) was a laughable 10% discount on restaurant bills at the hotel. This is completely trivial compared to the discomfort I endured, wasting time chasing solutions, and ruining my 永安 mood. I refused this insincere gesture immediately. To make it worse, no one from the hotel even tried to contact me to apologize before I checked out on the third day. They showed zero respect for their guests’ experience. For anyone considering the overwater bungalows: only a handful have good views—most are underwhelming. Also, this hotel is only suitable for a 2-night stay max. You can’t go off the island, and the free shuttle boat times are totally unfriendly. If you need a shuttle outside those times, the extra cost is high. Save your money and go elsewhere. This hotel doesn’t care about guest comfort or satisfaction at all.

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Welcoming crew. Resort mountain view is spectacular. Took a buggy to the room. Service is excellent. Room is comfortable. Need to take boat out for snorkeling. The waters around the resort is not too good.

This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day 永安s, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind. Fabulous.

One of the best hotels I experienced, beautiful, well decorated, excellent food and not expensive for the quality, remote but with lots of activities available. The staff was amazing. i strongly recommend this little gem
