Very pleasant stay at mantra mackay stayed on 3 occasions first 1 night then 5 nights then another 1 night every stay very pleasant also stayed at mantra airlie beach and legends surfers paradise would recommend all 3

Due to Xmas period there was no room service, housekeeping or restaurant available. This was disclosed 4 days prior to arrival. The rooms are old and the bed is certainly not a queen size. Our kettle didn’t work and due to limited staff s not replaced until our last day. We used a book to hold the power on for a coffee. Woken Xmas night to be evacuated, guests waited patiently outside for about 30mins to be advised false alarm we can return to rooms. No apology or compensation offered. Wont be rushing back

Great hotel near the beach in Mackay. Comfortable stay with a great breakfast, a little far from Mackay city if you don't have your own transport, but the views are beautiful.
