第二次入住了，去Macquarie centre挺方便的，房間乾淨，門口有limited 戶外free parking不過是先到先得，週末就會很緊張。下次來悉尼還會選擇這家。

酒店設施衞生，職員樂於幫忙。但不要過晚上11：00時check in, 因為需要吵醒夜更職員幫忙check in

我在1/1當天入住，可以因為當天是假期，接待處完全沒有員工。需要通過電話或者對講機辦理入住。我不是澳洲人，沒有澳洲電話號碼，所以用對講機向職員溝通。對講機質素不是很好，聽得不是很清楚，導致職員也有點不耐煩。如果事前通知我入住方式可能會比較好。房間衞生也有待改善，入住時候冷氣機傳出一陣汗味，混和著一大陣香薰味，每天房間整理也略為馬虎，沒有整理被鋪的服務。

設施：烘乾機壞了，幾天後換了一台，使用的時候有黑污影響白色衣服，手洗了好久 衞生：很不錯 環境：很不錯，離地鐵近 服務：整體來説很不錯，住了很長時間，設備故障意外問題

とても良かったです。受付も丁寧で優しかったです。地下鉄が近くて大変便利です。清潔で快適です。シャワーのガラス扉がしっかり閉まらないので、入り口下にタオルを敷いて置くと、トイレがビシャビシャに濡れなくて済みます。スリッパが無いので、注意してください。

I’m so sad and disappointed. I cancel booking within 10mins because hotel provide the room can not fit in three people. But it’s show that’ okay with three guess. I cancel the hotel immediately and now no refundable for me. Pay the hotel and I didn’t check in. So sad, you let my 永安 worse than ever.

This was my first time staying here and honestly, it was a disaster. The fire alarm went off three times — twice in the evening and again at 2 AM, all false alarms. The 2 AM one woke up the entire hotel, and we all had to evacuate. I took the stairs down, but when I tried to go back up, I got locked in the stairwell with no staff in sight. I had to wait for someone to let me back in, and then another 15 minutes just to get into the lift because everyone was trying to return to their rooms. It took almost 40 minutes just to get back to my room. I couldn’t sleep after that, and I had an interview in the morning — which was the whole reason I booked this hotel. No one from the hotel staff ever came to explain or apologize. There wasn’t even a single staff member in the lobby — only the firefighters. Absolutely unacceptable.

The location is convenient, 400m to Metro station, with easy and free parking outside of the building(basement parking is charged). However the room clean service during the stay is not as expected, they don’t even make you bed and empty the bin every day until I ask so.
