It is in the middle of city. very convenient. Staffs are also very cooperative. Overall the the stay was very comfortable and homely.

Terrible rooms not clean at all, terrible breakfast arrangements and breakfast even worst. Over all terrible experience. Except the reception staff are extremely helpful and kind.

I recently stayed at this place and was incredibly disappointed. The atmosphere was absolutely terrible—everything from the dreary decor to the loud, uncomfortable environment made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, I was charged a ridiculous amount for the stay, especially given the poor quality of the experience. The staff was unhelpful, and the overall vibe felt very unwelcoming. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Initially, allotted room was very dirty. Later, i demanded for neat room. It was good and ok for 1 night stay. We had hot water which was good and kinara restaurant for good food. As it was market place, commuting was very easy. Service was also good.

Margao residency is a nice and economical hotel. Easily accessible in the heart of the city. Around the market area so good for shopping. Spacious comfortable rooms. This place is good for both leisures and business travellers. Good food available
