My parents had the worst experience. No hot water, broken AC, broken TV, delayed staff response all contributed in making thier stay as worse as possible.

From outside it's look ok, but internal hard to explain look like lodge not hote, services is poor no proper cleaning i have told them clean the room, smelly i have spay my body do in room.

Location is excellent, everything in vicinity for a self walker- railway station, pharmacy, restaurants specially pure veg. Margao old market, government offices, well maintained garden other shopping staff. The most important is the hospitality of the staff and room maintenance with hot water. We visited multiple times and the experience is the same. We thank hotel panchasheel for making a cosy stay.

Good location. Courteous and helpful staff. Clean, near and fairly well maintained hotel. Spacious room. Good restaurant adjacent to hotel. For vegetarian people a small but good restaurant is nearby called nandini.

Hotel was helpful in checkin. But basic water bottles also they charged. Location is difficult to find. Also to cover doublebed, half sleeves of bedsheet was used leaving bed without sheet in the middle. Also blanket was very pathetic. Room was big size, ac cooling good, balcony also good. Room and bathroom were clean. Beds were little hard.

One problem and so many advantages. Supportive staffs. Neat and clean. Easy access from railway. But they will close gate at 12:00 am. We can't go outside or come inside. Nice price
