The stay there on 8th and 9th May 2025 was pleasant, food was not so good but staff was courteous.

Hotel was good but room service was late . We were there for 4 days. We asked them for room cleaning in morning and when we back to hotel from sightseeing in afternoon still cleaning was not done we have to wait to reception. We check out 13 May early morning 6am and we already informed them. They said there will be some person in reception or else you can ring the bell someone will come. I was there for 10-15 mins and the ring the bell several times but no one come. My husband opened the main entrance gate.

Deluxe AC Everything was good . Hospitality was good . The staff is cooperative. pros: - Location is very close to bus station - Very happening place and view was pleasent - Cooperative staff Cons - Food should have been a little better - But very close to all major restaurants

property is terrible, the staff at reception is very rude. Room sucks. the view from room is terrible you cannot see anything from room. if asked to change the room, they behaved very badly. food also sucks here , very oily . my stomach gone bad after having the food.

We stayed with our family for three nights. Hotel rooms were neat and clean. Car parking is available. Complementary Breakfast was good. Location is middle of the city where you can move around freely for shopping. Overall it's worth for the money.

I had a pleasurable stay at la gowri with my family and friends. Breakfast was average, restaurant service poor. Property location was ok but small parking area, indoor games and kids play area nothing in this hotel overall experience is good

The stay was good and room maintenance is okay but we didn't get more amenities like hair dryer, tissues etc, and there is no regular food services for lunch and dinner only we can get food by ordering priorly 1hr or 1. 30hr but still it is nice stay

Tidy and spacious rooms with comfy beddings. The highlight is courtesy of staff. Must mention assistance of mr nanaiah was very pleasing. Front desk miss kavya guided us to right places of visit with timings. Chef basavaraj's evening snacks were great. Complimentary breakfast had limited spread but was good on taste. Thanks for making my first coorg visit pleasant.
