Made reservations with 永安.for one day. and got to motel and reservations where for the next I asked 永安 if the could change the dates and try told me that they have to have managers approval from the motel.. it took over 12 hrs and cause my family and I to sleep in our vehicles the manager at this motel is shady and very rude he didn't want to change the reservation and tried to get me to double pay for one night The rooms has roaches and crickets in them and the floors where nasty (looked like the haven't been mopped in months) I won't be back at this motel and I won't recommend this hotel to anybody.. The employees and the manger at this hotel will treat you like crap and automatically assume the worse about you.. and they have hidden fees they will not tell you about up front
