Iba con mucho miedo por las reseñas y la verdad que he quedado totalmente satisfecha , estuvieron súper atentos a enviarme el checking a la hora, ya que llegaba pronto todas mis peticiones y dudas me resolvieron. Al momento la habitación era ideal y una ubicación preciosa. Todas mis dudas miedos se resolvieron. Gracias a la comunicación excelente que tuvieron conmigo y recomendaría totalmente el establecimiento para gente joven que tampoco pretende gastarse mucho dinero pero quiere tener una experiencia bonita y agradable. Mi única perra sería el ascensor pero al fin y al cabo no es su culpa simplemente pero porque era un poco antiguo.

There's no hot water supply for two days during my 3 days 永安. The response of customer service was quite slow. The noise between rooms couldn't be ignored although it's an old quality apartment.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE This was by far the most terrible experience I have ever had. The customer service only respond to whatsapp messages, and if and when they respond, there is no satisfactory solution. The room to my accommodation could not be locked. As I was in the accommodation for 2 nights, and had to attend a friends 40th birthday party, the situation was super stressful. After getting a response, that simply stated "The door won't lock when you close it." I replied "Correct. The easiest solution is to provide me with another room." I received no answer. I haven’t stayed there and had to go to a friends house and haven’t got my money back and no help from 永安. Additionally, many people waited outside for hours, waiting for the Customer Service to send them the entry code to the building. Overall this was a TERRIBLE experince for me and other guests. The Customer Service Team should all be replaced.

十分差勁！遊客陷阱！千萬不要選 永安 網站資料錯誤 現場不是酒店 而是老舊單幢樓 而且沒有前台！沒有人值班 永安網站提供的電話和電郵都沒有回覆 後來其他住客告知 要到兩公里外的Gran Via 36登記 最終拿住多件行李來回多花20多歐元 浪費三個小時 行程都被打亂 終於拿到房間密碼 大廈的舊式開門電梯又壞了 一個人提30公斤行李走5層樓梯 然後沒有冷氣只有風扇 WhatsApp開前台說未能提供風筒 床上有蝨 晚上還有🐝飛入查過幸好是益蟲但外表足夠恐怖 十分可怕的經歷 重申：不要訂這間垃圾東西

Never book this place，it is totally a scam，i could not check in，could not contact the hotel and could not enter the building. They are freaking scamers，and criminals，they even threatened to beat me up.

Pésimo alojamiento y desinformación por parte de 永安 (supongo que debida a que el alojamiento no ha enviado esa información a 永安): No se había dicho en ningún sitio que la recepción estaba en otro sitio diferente del hotel (en C/.Gran Vía, 46; a 2-3 kms. del alojamiento). Tampoco responden al teléfono. En definitiva, una estafa, que es demandable: por vender un producto y no dar la información correcta del mismo. La habitación por otra parte es simple sin nada positivo que destacar.
