很差的，根本沒法睡覺，而且店主還要我另外按金50歐元，離店時故意裝作不知道，還好有朋友在，他是退了錢，總之不是那麼好

1. Unprofessional Front Desk Service: During check-in, a female staff member with long grey-blonde hair was dismissive and forgetful. Immediately after taking my deposit, she seemed to forget I had just checked in. Even more shockingly, on my second day, she loudly and abruptly told me to leave, having completely forgotten I had booked three nights—a point I had confirmed multiple times at check-in. Even after realizing her mistake, she showed no sign of apology, which was truly astounding. 2. Poorly Marked Facilities: The signs for the men's and women's bathrooms are extremely unclear. This led to frequent instances of male guests mistakenly entering the women's bathroom, causing significant inconvenience, embarrassment, and a serious safety concern. 3. Inflexible and Unprofessional Check-in Policy: A special warning for travelers arriving on late-night flights: the hotel is likely to refuse you check-in. While a policy is understandable, the staff's attitude in handling such situations is both unprofessional and arrogant, showing no willingness to assist. In summary, from the chaotic front desk management to the hazardous facility signage, every aspect of this stay was frustrating. I strongly recommend the management invest in proper staff training and install clear, proper signs. 性價比和服務以及地理位置來說，建議你多給2歐元去其他地方免得受罪。

Buena ubicación, fácil acceso desde Atocha. Los baños son insuficientes y los limpian una sola vez al día así que suelen estar sucios. Habría que mejorar el tema de los lockers y agregar más mesas y sillas para trabajar o estar, ya que son pocos

The location was good and employees were helpful but the pillow was not comfortable at all.

Foi uma experiência muito boa. O pessoal foi muito prestativo e gostei do espaço que era limpo, fácil acesso, localização muito boa. As qualidades das camas estavam muito bem. As casas de banho limpas e sempre organizado

Las duchas son muy estrechas, te ves en problemas para bañarte y vestirte, la almohada súper incómoda y la habitación no tiene ventilación lo cual hace que el olor sea horrible, tampoco tiene algo que la refresque, hizo mucho calor en la noche,la puerta de la habitación al abrirla hace ruido y pita, entonces si ingresas tarde molestas a las otras personas, me dijeron que el equipaje lo dejaba bajo mi responsabilidad, que si lo quería guardar seguro eran 5 euros y a la hora en que salí no había servicio en recepción la cual inicia 10 am, entonces dejé las maletas bajo mi riesgo.

The staff is nice and friendly, beds are clean and comfortable. They provide blankets and pillow only, bring your own towels and sandals, and locks if you want to lock your locker. The community fridge is a nice touch but my breakfast got stolen, so put stuff there at your own risk.There are some weird men who loiters in the dining/waiting area at around 7am when I went to get my breakfast, they might be the culprit😤 The location is perfect!! It's 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station, which is gteat because I arrive pretty late and need to leave quite early.

Clean and well located. My big issue was that the WiFi connection is so weak that the rooms at the back 7,8,9 can't get the signal, the reception said it was a problem presented that day but didn't offer any solution. The sinks are a bit too small.

Очень грязно и не комфортно. Нет ни крючков, ни стульев, ни столиков, чтобы повесить вещи. Маленькие ящики для хранения присутствуют, но они не запираются, хотя замки в отеле продают, но с какой целью, не смогла ответить даже девушка на ресепшене. Душевые крошечные, не удобные, не запираются и только верхний душ. Фена нет даже на ресепшене. Зеркало с тремя маленькими раковинами есть только в туалете, где скапливаются все девушки, чтобы накрасится и привести себя в порядок, из-за чего там утром очень тесно. Расположение хостела удобное, рядом и вокзал и метро, достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Много баров и ресторанов. Но в сам хостел возвращаться не хочется.
