地方位子不錯，步行就可以到總站，房間比較小，床有點太軟了

Good for a party crowd but the room was a little noisy for us, overhearing loud music playing in the lobby until ~10pm-ish. Good amenities in the small room. Comfortable shower with consistent warm water and water pressure, fit for a global brand. Great made to order breakfast. But one big problem with the room design. The main ventilation faces our bed. This means we wake up with a headache in the morning because cold wind consistently blow on our heads while we sleep. Either that or not having enough air ventilation in the room.

地點極好，附近有很多餐廳，鄰近大車站，坐高鐵或metro 也很方便。酒店布置有特色，早餐款式多，有地道食物，好味，晚上大堂有樂隊演出，氣氛唔錯。房間乾淨寧靜。

Excellent stay, just as expected from this brand. I upgraded to a higher floor and bigger room for a small fee and really enjoyed the room; spacious, stylish, spotless, and with very comfortable bedding and pillows. The in-room entertainment was great, with a soundbar for Chromecast/YouTube, plus the option to request a turntable or guitar at no extra cost, which was a fun touch. I didn’t use the pool, bar, or restaurant since I preferred exploring the many great dining options within a 5–10 minute walk. The hotel’s location is good: very walkable to Atocha Station (my main reason for choosing it) and close to the city’s three major museums. For getting into town, buses are generally more convenient as the nearest metro is Line 1; for Line 3 (Lavapiés) it’s a short walk, but the route is lively with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way.

Tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en el Hard Rock Hotel Madrid, y la verdad es que superó todas mis expectativas. Reservé pensando en mi sobrina adolescente: “seguro que le gusta la temática, como un Disney Teen”… ¡pero nada de eso! Este hotel no tiene nada de cartón piedra. Es un espacio con diseño actualizado, muebles de calidad y mucho gusto. Desde el primer momento, el ambiente me atrapó: música, decoración moderna y un aire auténtico que mezcla perfectamente el estilo Hard Rock con detalles cosmopolitas. La ubicación es inmejorable: justo frente al Museo Reina Sofía, a pasos de Atocha, varias líneas de metro y en pleno corazón del triángulo del arte madrileño. La habitación era muy cómoda, bien equipada y llena de pequeños detalles que se agradecen: altavoz Bluetooth, cafetera, plancha, secador, una cama espectacular… ¡y todo impecable! Se nota que cuidan el diseño sin sacrificar confort. (Ver fotos que adjunto) Uno de mis rincones favoritos fue la terraza RT60: vistas preciosas de Madrid, buena música, cócteles originales y una vibra ideal para cerrar el día. Y no puedo olvidarme de la piscina: pequeña, sí, pero un auténtico oasis en medio de la ciudad. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente: por error dejamos activado el botón de “no molestar” al salir por la mañana. Al volver a primera hora de la tarde, la habitación no estaba hecha (lógico). Al comentarlo en recepción, nos dijeron que el equipo de limpieza ya estaba terminando su jornada, pero intentarían al menos arreglar la cama y cambiar las toallas. Pensamos que no llegarían… ¡y al volver, la sorpresa fue enorme! La habitación estaba completamente limpia, con sábanas y toallas cambiadas. Como veis un staff que se esmera en a contentar al cliente!!! Un 10 en limpieza y también en la oferta de productos disponibles dentro de la habitación. Nuestra habitación no era de las superiores, pero tanto la decoración como los detalles nos parecieron de hotel de alta gama. En resumen: una experiencia completa, diferente y altamente recomendable. Si te gusta el diseño, la música, una buena ubicación y un trato excelente (durante toda la estancia), el Hard Rock Hotel Madrid no te va a decepcionar. ¡Excelente en todos los sentidos!

位置近大車站非常方便、方便去古城遊玩。多謝職員幫助尋回失物實在非常好彩，酒吧有氣氛、地方裝修新淨有朝氣。

Only staircases could access to the hotel and therefore very challenge to tourists with big luggages. Suggested the staff would have initiative to assist. The Room air-conditioning blow direct to head of the bed which was very uncomfortable or even felt sick after long night.

這個酒店非常好，就在車站步行10分鐘左右，酒店向左就3分鐘左右連鎖超市。 服務很貼心，能夠使用WhatsApp溝通提出需要。 房間有點少，而且中間有一條柱不太方便

Good location from Madrid Pta Atocha station, excellent for train transfers, both metro and high speed rail. Easy to find cabs, uber, or walk ~20mins to most tourist attractions. Has lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant and room service for dining in. Super clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Beyond my expectation in Madrid hotel, its first time for me to stay in Hard rock hotel and I felt so comfortable to stay here 3 night. its make my day. Unique design and functional hotel. I love bathroom is so big and powerful rain shower. Bed is so comfortable , Amenity like shower and body lotion are good smell and soft. Overall comparison as price I am happy to stay here.

We decided to stay in the Hard Rock Madrid for our short stay because we knew there would be high standards of accomodation and service.  Everything was perfect in respect of the facilities, including the room but the best thing about our stay was the service provided by the staff. They were all fantastic! The gym is great, outdoor space is well designed and the breakfast was excellent!
