⚠️ Warning: Theft at Porcel Ganivet Hotel ⚠️ During my stay on September 29, my locked luggage was broken into, and several luxury items were stolen, including a Hermès wallet and two Chanel items. Only the empty boxes were left. Access to my room would have been impossible without a key card, yet the hotel refused to show full surveillance footage, making this look like a planned theft targeting guests with luxury purchases. This is completely unacceptable. I urge anyone considering staying here to be extremely cautious. Hotel takes responsibility, either by returning the items or compensating their value to me ; otherwise I definitely make a sensation on this ridiculous “accident”

酒店近 Toledo Gate 紀念大門 旁邊是 Puerta de Toledo站 及西班牙公立圖書館，所以環境清靜。 自助早餐食物選擇多而且豐富，餐廳面積大服務員工亦非常有禮貌。 房間及浴室設計很舒適簡潔

The hotel was great, it was clean, the staff provided fantastic service, and the breakfast was good. The only downfalls were that there is not enough sun loungers and the pool is not heated which was a big disappointment as it was going to be a major part of my plans there. But is was uncomfortably cold.

El hotel y desayuno están muy bien. El personal muy amable Un punto a destacar es la "piscina"... No es tal piscina es un jacuzzi qué no funciona bien.... En principio he reservado en este hotel solo por la supuesta piscina que no he podido usar pues da asquito pero siempre valió mucho la pena haberlo elegido pues el hotel está muy bien.... gracias

Buena relación calidad precio. Creo que lo más destacable del hotel es la ubicación. En el centro de Madrid a pocos minutos de todos los puntos turísticos más importantes.

Hotel room decent size, but it was twin beds pushed together.The hotel was quiet and bed decent. I didn't get breakfast So I can't comment on that. I had to go out and buy toothpaste and shampoo (but later realised that the mostly empty body wash was hair and body combined. Room was warm with Air com. Decent hotel. My only complaint was that when I went to book more nights, compared to online, they were going to charge me a lot more, So I chose to go elsewhere.
