Poor stay, the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Reached Lotus hotel at 9 pm. Very small room, found cockroaches fling everywhere, untidy toilet and fittings, hesitate to touch the shower handle, bath soap provided like a detergent soap. No Tea/ coffee amenities provided, no hot water kettle. This hotel is not recommended for a decent family stay. Poor stay, the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Reached Lotus hotel at 9 pm. This hotel is located in prime part of the city. The temple and main shopping areas are near by. Some eat outs are available near by. There is no restaurant in this hotel. A C was in good working condition. Bath room was average. While check in they give towel , soap etc but dont clean room daily or change towels. We stayed for 2 nights. They have limited parking in basement luckily i got parking.so it is rated as average.

I find this property through make my 永安 only but the hotel management is not responding properly they asked extra pay for the 24 hours checkout by saying various reasons not recommend

worst experience. The hotel doesn't have a parking space.They are showing public pay and park as amenity of the hotel. Never believe on the photos they have posted, reality is very far from the pictures shown . rooms are not clean as well. Please don't book this hotel that's my suggestion .The room booking price is not 10% worth the room they are giving
