Cleanness is good staff are co operative. Main problem is we can't lock out room properly because only one lock is there this lock can open with spare key from out side when we sleep in the room. Parking area is also small but can park 4 small car but taking out one car between this to out side have some patience.

"i arrived at the hotel with my family and kids, but the room was in a messy state with a lot of issues. It wasn’t clean, so we checked out immediately. Many problems were not addressed, making it a very poor experience"

Absolute no no for travellers with cars. It is a budget hotel good for overnight stay otherwise. Don’t expect any facility other than basic boarding and lodging. Hotel under renovation.

Worst stay ever no wifi, terrible room conditions and dirty bed. Not preferred to anyone. Rigid nature of staff.

There was always some kind of terrible smell in the room which was really uncomfortable. No tv / no proper maintenance. Anyway the building work is still ongoing, may be they'll grow up once everything is ready. I don't want to stay there anymore.

Rooms are clean and staffs are good. Issue is no early check-in and booked one more room for refresh and check in by 11. 30 overall ratings is 90%

First of all no cooperation from the hotel staff, whether it's reception or room service. Rooms also not up to the mark, they are behaving like as if customer surviving because of them only. I booked ac room but it is not working. Please don't suggest this type of hotels next time.
