Very poor service from the staff.. taken huge money but lift was not working..even after requesting the manager said he can't do anything now. We have to go upto third floor in that hot summer,my friend washaving leg problem still the manager was careless to help .he said he can't do anything. Very very poor service . No point in going to this kind of hotels after paying huge money

Car parking space is limited, underground, hardly 5 to 6 cars can be parked but in that space few tables are arranged by road side tea shop and public use it for coffee and snacks .

The stay was good. Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were supportive. Parking is the only problem where only 5 cars can be parked and no security to guide. Otherwise the rooms were good.

Small and congested rooms. Unhygienic rooms. The floor was greasy and seemed as if it was mopped with oil. Location wise okay.

The stay was the worst experience ever, the rooms were completely different from the images they made us stay in the staff room's flush was not working, exhaust was not working and there were so many mosquitoes. Upon asking to change the rooms or fix these they started screaming on us for not speaking tamil and that we are not cooperating. No thanks
