Stay location was good. Maintenance needs to be improved. Food was ok, but less variety for north indians in breakfast.

It was one of the worst hotel and service i have seen so far. Upon check in room was not ready. Dirty bad sheet, in room inventory missing, when asked to change the room a small size room given stating that it's also a executive room. I booked 320sqft room but given was very less and not matching with the photograph. Food taste is also not good. Even though south indian food taste is also not good. Reception, room service and house keeping staff did not understand hindi or english. It's been terrible experience and not value for money.

I found about your hotel through google. Location is good. Amenities and services was great. Only i have one suggestion please keep hotel transport so it will be easy to outsider to visit local places. I think it will be convenient for people those who are coming outside of madurai.

Good service and best breakfast options. Great location. Free parking space and a hypermart in the same building makes shopping easy and profitable. Rooms are spacious even though old. Centralized ac needs renovation.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean. The furniture and the wood works very really well. The food was very delicious. I enjoyed my 2 day stay to the fullest. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others

The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Even after the extra bed there was enough movement space. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and courteous.

Location and property are very good. Very happy with the stay. We took ***** with breakfast. They even has an in house restaurant with served good food to. Quite near to railway station too. Easily accessible.
