整棟樓物業出租出去的，不是傳統酒店或者青旅。設施挺好的，就是菲律賓人開的空調太冷了。 退房的時候説我弄臟枕頭套，幾乎不可見的一個印子我都不知道啥時候弄臟的，我都懷疑是他們保潔隨便鉛筆眼線筆一劃，提燈鑒損，旁邊就是洗衣店100p洗，洗不掉700p一個枕頭套

The service at the establishment was exceptional. They provide towels and blankets for your comfort, which is a nice touch. The security guards are very accommodating and attentive to guests' needs. Although the lobby has limited space, it is still functional and serves its purpose well. Cleanliness can vary depending on the room, but in my case, my room was generally clean, with the exception of a few cockroaches I noticed. While this was somewhat off-putting, it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Upon check-in, you will receive a keycard along with a key for the spacious drawers, which is quite convenient for storing your belongings. It's worth noting that there is no internet connection available, but the mobile signal in the area is decent, allowing for basic connectivity. The shower room is separate from the comfort room, which some guests may find preferable for privacy. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud, but it is bearable; I found that wearing earphones while I sleep helped to mitigate the noise. Lastly, the location is perfect, situated within the Makati Central Business District, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I would like to formally raise a concern regarding my recent stay at your flat. I arrived earlier than another guest and, without being informed, was assigned to the upper deck while the lower deck was given to a guest who checked in later. Unaware of this, I mistakenly occupied the lower bunk. When the guest arrived, I was already asleep, yet the guard entered the room and woke me up to transfer. This situation was both disruptive and inconsiderate. As I paid the same rate as the other guest, I believe it is only fair that arrangements be handled properly at the time of check-in, and not at the expense of a guest’s privacy and rest. I  strongly urge your team to review how bed assignments are managed and to handle such matters more professionally in the future.

It has a great rooftop with nice views, making it a perfect spot to chill. The self-service laundry next to the lobby is super convenient. However, the cleanliness could be improved in some areas. Overall, it's a solid choice, and I'd consider staying here again.

A Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Stay in the Heart of Makati I recently stayed at The City Flats Amorsolo, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the space stood out—the room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens, a cozy blanket, and a pillow that provided just the right amount of support. It made winding down after a long day in the city feel like a treat. One feature I really appreciated was the personal locker provided in the room. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were safe and secure during my stay. The location is another major highlight. Situated right in the heart of Makati, the property is close to everything—restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and business hubs. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, you’ll find everything you need just a short walk or ride away. Overall, I highly recommend The City Flats Amorsolo to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and conveniently located place to stay in Makati. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!
