這次和女朋友一起住在The Belamy House，整體體驗還算舒服。位置在Makati市中心，出門就是餐廳和酒吧，晚上約會挺方便，氛圍也比較輕鬆。房間設計偏現代簡約，乾淨度不錯，床也挺好睡，適合兩個人短住。屋頂泳池是加分項，晚上上去吹風聊天感覺很好。不過也有些小問題，房間面積偏小，行李多的話會有點侷促；隔音一般，偶爾能聽到走廊聲音。設施不算豪華，更像是精品公寓型酒店。整體來説，適合情侶輕鬆約會或短期入住，但如果追求空間和高端體驗，可能會覺得略微普通一些。供參考

Small but comfortable room. Good location within easy walking distance of most Makati attractions. Friendly staff. A little noisy at night with slamming doors.

Our 1st extension - needed to stay longer because home renovation is not done yet. Our stay has been incredible. It gave me the time and space to fully recover from my hysterectomy while we wait for our house renovation to be completed.

Lovely boutique hotel, exceptional cleanliness, the staffs are extremely friendly and attentive, I definitely will come back again. Good Singaporian restaurant on the ground floor. The location is good and close to everything.

I just fell in love with this hotel because it’s SO CLEAN! Seriously, it’s a 5-star cleanliness. From the basement parking to the rooftop pool, everything is sparkling clean. I do love it. There was almost everything we needed in the room and in the bathroom, even vanity kits and facial tissues which is not common for 3-star hotels (I would honestly give them 4 stars🤩) Service… we did have an issue with a waiter at the breakfast in Kaokee restaurant downstairs. I wish they gave him more training time and supervision cause he looked like he was not a good fit for this resto and the hotel. If he continues to work this way, there’s just gonna be a lot of bad reviews and disappointed customers. Other than this, everyone else is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming there. Do note that the parking is NOT free. We paid 400 pesos for around 24 hours. I guess it’s gonna be more if you stay longer. Also, if I stay there again, I would choose no breakfast option cause I’m a fan of Malaysian/Singaporean breakfast (Kaya toast with eggs and milk tea) but it doesn’t come with your booking, they have a separate menu for hotel guests (Filipino/kinda continental options) but Kaokee resto is one of my faves now in Makati, the food is super delicious, reminds me of our 永安s to Malaysia and Singapore🤩 I would just pay for my breakfast next time and choose what I really want. I would also recommend their Laksa and Salted Egg Shrimps, and both hot and iced Teh (milk tea with condensed milk), the hot one is more flavorful and delicious than the iced one. But my Mushroom and Cheese omelette was super delicious too! So was my spouse’s Longanisa. There’s one more resto you can have breakfast in, so do check the menu there. Their rooftop pool is quite shallow but it felt good to soak there under the sun surrounded by the Makati skyline. It was our staycation and it really worked out cause we felt like tourists in our own city🤩 Thanks to the staff who made it happen despite some disappointing times at the breakfast. Hope it will never happen again

Had a great weekend stay at this place. The room is clean and has the right space. The receptionists are also nice and friendly. It has a hot and cold shower. Another thing is that it is nearby restaurants and convenient stores for your personal needs. You can also go around the place during night for some night markets or drinks. Will definitely book again this place.

As a property manager of a high-rise residential building under one of the top property management firms in Southeast Asia, I would like to commend your staff for their professionalism and prompt responsiveness to email inquiries—something I truly value. I also appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of the guest rooms, which made the stay comfortable. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the persistent odor at the 5th floor elevator lobby. The smell resembles that of an STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), which can be quite off-putting—especially given that this area is a main access point for guests heading to the pool and roof deck. I respectfully recommend the following: -Inspect and service the exhaust blowers of the STP. -Review your STP operations and ensure proper containment. -Keep fire exit doors closed at all times to prevent odor seepage. -Deploy scenting machines or ambient fragrance systems in public areas to improve the overall sensory experience. In my view, a well-rounded hotel experience should engage four essential senses: 1. Sight – Visually clean, orderly, and appealing spaces. 2. Scent – Fresh-smelling, fragrant, and free from unpleasant odors. 3. Touch/Felt – Comfortable ambient temperatures in both lobbies and rooms. 4. Hear - Music at the lobby, hallways and pool which are done already With attention to these details, you will certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Thank you!
