🏙️ 馬尼拉住宿真實開箱｜小空間大巧思！ 這次住的 Airbnb（SMDC Air Residences）房間真的超迷你😂 應該原本是單人套房，但屋主超會設計—— 雙人床下面還能拉出一張單人床， 沙發墊放下來又能變成另一張床， 硬是能塞進四個人一起住！ 📦 不過要注意，如果行李太多， 基本上是打不太開全部的行李箱哈哈～ 廁所也偏小，是一間乾濕分離、用電熱水器的浴室。 🔐 房間進出用密碼鎖，安全沒問題。 Check-in時間是下午3點、退房是早上11點。 我們中午就到了，想提早入住， 屋主說可以但要加 ₱500（約台幣300）， 晚退房也一樣要再加 ₱500。 我有加他們的 WhatsApp，溝通算方便。 ❄️ 冷氣只有一台但超涼， 晚上很安靜，聽不到鄰居聲音。 整體來說安全度高、保全做得很好， 而且住在17樓景色也不錯。 💰 總價兩晚台幣2700元，四個人平均下來超划算！ 便宜、安全又方便，CP值真的蠻高～推薦給要來馬尼拉玩的大家🌴

The unit was clean and spacious. It has all the basics that you'll need. The location was perfect as the transportation is accessible as well as the shops (Grocery, cafe, restaurant). It is perfect for a family staycation. Hundred percent would book again!

We stayed at GemstoneBR Nordic style bedroom facing CBD for 6 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The unit was spacious and clean. The view on the window was entertaining especially at night. When we arrived, there were clean towels, tolet paper and toiletries for each guest to use. There were cooking wares and eating utensils. There were hair dryer and automatic washing machine in the bathroom. The host was also responsive with our queries. I just wish there was a flat iron to iron our clothes, and perhaps an additional tool to hang our newly washed clothes. I also hope for the host to prioritize pest control and cleanliness on the unit as I have seen cockroaches roaming around. Also, please do change your kitchen knife as it was too dull we couldn't cut some stuff. Please also fix your bathroom door knob as it was already broken. With few improvements and more efforts from the host, provided the unit is at a convenient location and the building amenities are great, I would recommend this airBNB to friends and probably will personally come back again.

Communication was excellent and put us at ease as we were arriving quite late. Apartment was small but had everything you needed for a short stay for 3 people - plenty of things nearby and grabs always readily available. Would highly recommend!

There are some dust here and there, but the location are pretty well. Was not managed to check in due to the passcode error but the team are really quick in responding and get it resolved. Overall good experience.

We had a great stay here. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay—work/study desks, a dining table, blower, slippers, toiletries, cookware, plates and utensils, fridge, microwave, and more. It was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. I also made a request, and they made sure it was provided, which I really appreciated. Plus, there's a mall with restaurants and a grocery store open until 9 PM right on the ground floor. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at GemstoneBR in Air Residences, Unit 2126! The unit was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the 21st floor was beautiful, and the place had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is very convenient, close to everything — restaurants, shops, and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and professional from start to finish.
