I used to love staying at this hotel because of its warm and cozy amenities, plus the buffet breakfast that was always a highlight of my visits. Unfortunately, my recent stay was a bit disappointing. The room’s floor and the kitchen area had several visible stains, which took away from the otherwise comfortable atmosphere. On top of that, the breakfast was no longer served buffet-style—or at least not during my stay—which was one of the things I always looked forward to. I still appreciate the hotel’s charm, but I hope management addresses these issues so future visits can be as enjoyable as they once were.

Do not be fooled by the photos. The room we had was so old and dusty! Worse still, the bathrooms only have rain showers available and the hairdryers provided were the old kind that will stop once it overheats. You have to wait for it to cool off before using again. And don’t even get me started on their cleanliness. Definitely not recommended to stay here!

It’s our 5th time here at Y2 Residences. Excellent location, very near & walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants. We’re so lucky to be upgraded to deluxe room💛🥰

Parking is limited to 1 and my other vehicle has a fee. We booked a two bedroom suite. Rangehood defective but replaced immediately. Water in the pool is not so clear. Rice cooker has a charge for Php200 pesos unlike in other hotels it is free of charge if you booked in a suite residential room. Towels has stains. However, good thing about it, hotel staff are polite and attentive to our needs.
