優點：1. 床墊舒服 2. 附近覓食方便，有警察局在巷子口 3. 櫃枱服務人員友善 缺點：1. 沒有提供毯子，只有床單，一條要100披索，要自己去櫃枱要。第一次遇到沒有提供毯子或棉被的旅館，應該要直接把棉被的價格加進在房價裡 2. 沒有提供吹風機 3. 隔音極差，門縫很大蚊子會飛進來 4. 冷氣運轉聲音很大，怕吵的不推薦

I stayed at Gomez House by Hotel Durban for one night while attending an event nearby. Here are some honest observations based on my experience: Pros: Situated in the heart of Poblacion, it's walking distance from Don Pedro Street and OG Poblacion, where you’ll find a great mix of curated bars, unique restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The bedding, pillows, and linens were clean and cozy. The room had a window and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay comfortable. Cons: I booked a 永安le room, but it felt more suitable for just one person in terms of space and layout. Standard check-in is at 2 PM, but I arrived past 3 PM and the room was still not ready, which was disappointing. Staff interactions felt robotic and lacked warmth—some genuine hospitality would really enhance the guest experience. The property has steep stairs and no elevator, which can be a challenge for senior guests or those with mobility issues. Though Wi-Fi is listed as a guaranteed amenity, the connection was unreliable and even cut out completely at one point. Overall Impression: If you're looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in a central location and plan to spend most of your time out and about, Gomez House can be a convenient base. Just manage your expectations regarding service and amenities.

It was a good stay

立地は少し歩けば夜遊びや飲食店があるので便利です。 大通りの一つ裏手なのでそこま騒音に悩まされないかな。 部屋は綺麗で寢るだけなら十分ですが、シャワーを使っていると水捌けが悪いのか扉の部分が悪いのか、シャワー室から水が外に流れるのが難點。 部屋の木枠？壁？の下の所が、シャワー室からの水濡れでボロボロに腐っていたので、扉周りを直した方が良いですね。 あと一番困ったのが、私が滯在中Wi-Fiが全く使えなかったこと。 初日はそれでもロビーでは使えたのですが、2日目以降は全フロアでWi-Fiが使えなくなっておりました。 修理業者がきていじっておりましたが全く回復はしませんでした。

My stay at Gomez was great! Nice accommodation. The staff are nice. Cheap but convenient stay.

Pros:- Room is clean, friendly staff, Netflix TV, affordable stay Cons:- Bathroom sinking can be improved.

It's always easy to book and very convenient. The staf are always nice. The room that I got just have some minor problems. The Roku remote needs new batteries and the bidet is leaking. From the floor of the restroom going to the main bedroom floor close to the plug below the tv. I hope it gets fixed soon.

During my stay at Gomez House in Poblacion, I was impressed by the exceptional room quality. The room was beautifully maintained, and the beds were not only clean but also incredibly comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness provided, making my experience all the more enjoyable.
