Standard 4-star hotel, the property itself is definitely showing its age, but can’t beat its location in the heart of Makati right by all the shopping malls. Extremely kind & helpful staff.

I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!
