We love our stay here. We got the corner room which had a great city view. The room was clean and the towels are fresh and smells nice. There’s a complimentary coffee and tea while you can get the water outside where the water dispenser is. The breakfast buffet have varieties so you still options. It is very close to literally everywhere. The only downside is that the elevator is too slow.

It’s the main st horrible experience I ever had in 40 years of travel, Avoid St Giles Hotel at all cost, I was held by the Manager of St Giles at the Checkout for over 20 minutes over $2 charges he claimed so I missed my flight, he provided me with unsigned $2 bill I never used, avoid this Hotel at all costs, Elevators very unsafe makes load noises and won’t even carry 5 people were I it’s supposed to hold 11, don’t become a hostage or scammed, I could be $300 extra bill you never used.

The room was not big, especially for American size single bed is way too small but we are so satisfied with the service of all the staff, especially the safety of all the guests, something happened to my daughters in our room and they are really help us to feel that they are safe. Thank you so much!

I regret that I booked this hotel for 3 nights. the hotel room is very small, especially the towels and bed sheets are dirty, smell so bad. The bathroom is filthy. Overall it’s lack of hygiene. Don’t book this hotel, it’s over rated, don’t judge the hotel by looking at the photos. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.  The positive side of this hotel is the staff, they are helpful and supper friendly.

the location is really near everything we needed in makati ave and poblacion, there's a typhoon when we stayed and we almost barely do nothing, but since most bars resto and malls are nearby we manage to still walk even when the weather is bad. We arrived earlier than the check in time but they still allowed us to check in early, really nice staff. The hotel is kinda dated but overall still a nice stay

Great Location and Comfortable Stay – Perfect for a Quick Staycation! I recently stayed at St Giles Makati for a one-night staycation and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was. Location-wise, it's fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of a nearby mall, 7-Eleven, several hotpot and grill restaurants, and lively bars—everything you might want for a relaxing evening out is just steps away. It's also just a few kilometers away from Glorietta and the rest of the Makati shopping and business district, making it a great base for exploring the city or running errands. The room was just right for two people—not too big, not too cramped. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to unwind after a long day. If you're looking for a quick, no-fuss getaway in the city that’s near good food, nightlife, and shopping, St Giles Makati is a solid choice. I’d definitely consider coming back for another short stay. The quality of the photos doesn’t do justice to the actual room. Sorry, I had to grab them from a video, which is the only one I have.

Overall, we had a good stay at St. Giles. The room was located on the 30th floor, offering a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere above the busy streets below. The air conditioning was cold and refreshing—perfect after a day out in the city. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to rest well. One downside was the elevator, which was quite slow, especially during peak hours. We also had a bit of a challenging experience with parking, so if you’re bringing a car, it might require some patience. On a positive note, we enjoyed dining at BayLeaf. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great option for guests who prefer to eat within the hotel. Overall, St. Giles offers a comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location, with just a few minor areas for improvement.
