الفندق مكانه كويس يعيب المنطقة فقط قلة الباصات المتجهة والقادمة من الحرم . الغرفة نضيفة بها تلفزيون وتلاجة وعدة شاي .. تجربة جيدة وسعره مناسب للرحلات الفردية او مع الاصدقاء

للأسف كانت تجربتي مع هذا الفندق سيئة جدًا منذ لحظة الوصول. انتظرت ما يقارب الساعتين حتى يتم إدخالي، لأن الموظف لم يكن يعرف كيف يجد حجزي في النظام، والأسوأ أنه قام بخدمة نزيل آخر وصل بعدي وكان من المفترض أن يدخل بعد 6 ساعات! بعد طول انتظار، تم إدخالي إلى غرف متسخة لأن النظام لديهم غير محدث ولا يعلمون أي الغرف تم تنظيفها وأيها لا تزال بحاجة إلى تنظيف. تعامل الموظف كان سيئًا وغير لائق، وكان واضحًا أنه يريد فقط إنهاء دوامه بأي طريقة ليرمي المسؤولية على الموظفة التي ستستلمه. الشيء الوحيد الإيجابي هو تعامل الموظفة التي أتت بعده، حيث كانت محترمة وحاولت بجهد أن تصلح الخطأ وتعوض سوء الخدمة السابقة. الحمد لله على كل حال، لكن نصيحتي: لا توجعوا رأسكم مع هذا الفندق. تجربتي معهم كانت سيئة ولا أنصح به أبدًا

We arrived at the hotel and the Arabic person on the reception didn’t know that we had a booking. He was saying that is no room due to hajj and was not even bothering to check not listening about the refund. Later the asian staff came and told him about the situation. Then he started looking angrily. He was so rude and was throwing our phone with anger on the reception, though we were only trying to show him the booking. He was rude all the time. After an hour, he gave us quad room instead of king room which was disgusting as you can see in the pictures. Also, we chose non-smoking room and he gave us smoking one. He was uttering insulting comments to the Asian person about us. The Asian person was nice and he did not conveyed that to this. There was also another woman with the same situation and he did the same to her as well. This was one of the worst experience of our travelling.

Pelayanan hotel sangat buruk sekali dan saya tidak akan pernah reservasi hotel ini lagi,saya sudah pesan lewat 永安 dan sudah transfer biayanya di depan lewat 永安 begitu cek in di hotel saya ditolak karena di sistem mereka reservasi sy tidak ada,padahal voucher hotel dari 永安 sudah ada dan sampai sekarang dana yang sudah saya bayarkan belum dikembalikan kepada saya,saya sudah melapor ke 永安 tapi sampai sekarang dana belum juga kembali,永安 berjanji akan mengembalikan dana yang sdh sy bayar dikarenakan reservasi ditolak oleh pihak hotel,jd dana yg sudah sy bayar akan dikembalikan,saya mohon kepada 永安 agar segera mengembalikan dana saya,saya harap 永安 komitmen untuk mengembalikan dana yang sudah sy bayarkan dikeranakan kesalahan ini dr pihak 永安

The staff at this hotel Faris and Noura were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I also appreciated the location which is Azizia on the edge of the main road, to go to the haram mosque is very easy there is a bus at the entrance of the hotel which is free it takes you directly to the haram mosque, and another bus which is Makkah bus which costs you 4 SAR for each, for taxis it varies between 5 -10 - 15 SAR I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to this hotel and the staff Faris and Noura
