穆薩里三珠酒店 (Three Pearls Musalli Hotel)

الفندق جميل ورائع. موظفين الاستقبال قمة في التعامل والاخلاق. وخصوصا الاخت شوق. ومنار. سهلو لنا اقامتنا. الملاحظة الوحيدة عدم توفر مواقف بالقرب من الفندق. فقط.

The location is great, but there’s a bridge that makes it difficult to reach the hotel’s front door. However, the hotel provides a bus service to and from the Haram, which makes commuting much easier. I initially arrived by taxi, and it was challenging to access the front entrance.

Hôtel très propre, bien équipé, personnel très professionnel mentionné spéciale à Fahim. Navette régulière pour le Haram sinon 20 minutes en marchant Petit dejeuner simple mais varié Rapport qualité / prix parfait

We had a nice stay in the hotel, service is good , staff is helpful and friendly, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Location was not ideal, about 25 min walk, if you take shuttle, then it’s 15 mins to Harram. Road works still going but they tend to finish and underpass should be running in Ramadan which will then reduce travel time for sure.

الفندق من حيث النظافة جيد  الخدمات جيده وبوفيه الإفطار جيد  الغرفة صغيرة جداااا بالنسبة لأربعة اشخاص  المشكلة في المواصلات إلى الحرم غير متوفرة بسبب الإصلاحات  وكان لابد من الإفصاح عن ذلك من قبل الفندق  المشي كان صعب جدا للوصول إلى الحرم والطريق غير ممهد تماما

第二次回宿，在麥加地區真的很划算和包早餐，步行到禁寺也只要十八分鐘。若再回來，還會選擇這間。

I recently booked our stay while going for Umrah from UK. Overall we were extremely disappointed mainly due to the significant access issues due to ongoing construction right at the front of the hotel. It is a big double road where an underpass is being built. Hotel management didn't declare it anywhere during the booking process. As soon as we checked in and tried to go to haram, we realised the issues due to poor access. We requested to let us check out the next day as my wife was struggling but they didn't help us at all. We paid for breakfast as a part of booking which wasnt refunded either and we checked out on D2. Hotel reception team kept saying that senior management is not around and the reservation teal is away so we can't help. PROS: Rooms relatively clean. Quick check in. CONS: Significant road contructions in front. Even to get a taxi one has to walk about 15 mins and walk through a very narrow path infront of shops to get out of the construction area. Pics attached. Shuttle bus- very infrequent..drops about 20 mins walk to inside of the Haram. Direct walk to Haram atleast 30 mins to enter Haram and again almost 10 mins of it over a steep hill. Overall, be careful if you have young kids or elderly parents with you on the 永安 and stay away from the hotel while the construction continues.

فندق فخم، خدمة ممتازة. يتم توفير الة كوي و طاولة كوي عند الطلب. وجود قهوة سعودية خلال اوقات الذروة. توفير الماء داخل الحافلة بشكل مجاني. بينه و بين الحرم مسافة، يوجد مواصلات لكن حتى مكان التوقف حاليا بسبب صيانة الطريق تعتبر بعيده ١٥ دقيقة مشيء

طريق الفندق مغلقة بسبب اعمال الانشاءات واقرب نقطة تضلها السيارة تبعد ٥ دقائق مشي + الباصات التي توصل للحرم توصل لموقف جرول والذي يبعد ١٠ دقائق مشي واكثر عن الحرم بعد اعمال التوسعات عدا ذلك الفندق ممتاز جدا

I think the price was too high specially when front of the hotel is closed due to road work and cars aren’t able to drop off at the location Thankfully they offer shuttle service
