Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all’Address Jabal Omar Makkah e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni punto di vista. L’hotel è situato in una posizione eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla Grande Moschea (Masjid al-Haram), il che rende ogni momento del soggiorno estremamente comodo e spiritualmente appagante. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne e curate nei minimi dettagli, con una vista mozzafiato sulla moschea o sulle montagne circostanti. Il livello di pulizia e comfort è altissimo, come ci si aspetta da un marchio di lusso come Address. Il personale è estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il servizio in camera è rapido ed efficiente, e la colazione a buffet offre una varietà incredibile di piatti internazionali e locali, tutti freschi e ben presentati. Le aree comuni, come la hall e il ristorante, sono eleganti e tranquille, perfette per rilassarsi dopo la preghiera o una giornata intensa. Anche il servizio navetta per l’Haram è puntuale e ben organizzato, anche se la distanza è davvero minima. In sintesi, l’Address Jabal Omar Makkah unisce lusso, comfort e spiritualità in un’esperienza unica. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno raffinato e senza pensieri durante la visita alla Santa Moschea. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Eccellente sotto ogni aspetto.

This hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra. A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.

有機會住進該酒店，人生的格局已被徹底打開！酒店距離禁寺有地下通道聯通，房間寬敞舒適，安靜衞生，早餐較為豐盛，最重要的是房間裏的景色無敵了！！！工作人員熱情周到，就是在高峯期辦理入住手續效率比較低，等了半個小時，其他都不錯……總體而言，非常喜歡！！！！有機會再來！！！

كل شي جميل و رائع في الفندق. عدا المواقف اليوم للنزلاء ب ١٨٥ ريال والمشكله ان المواقف معزوله عن الفندق وضياع عشان تطلع مدخل الفندق لافيه لوحات إرشاديه ولا موظفين يبلغونك بالوضع. وتطلع من المواقف على ساحه خارجيه للفندق أستغرب ذلك!!!

This was not my first time at Address Jabal Omar, and it certainly won’t be my last! The service remains outstanding, just like the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly special. One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!
