Upset with the lady reception over a box of tissue ..she is snoobish and  stingy unnecessary .. I requested for a box of tissue at the reception counter and she refused to give as she said the tissue will be sent to the room which never come at all .. while we need it as we already downstairs .. Pls provide eq and iq courae  to the staff

Everything was outstanding less shuttle service to Haram. There were only 2 buses, Either unavailable or we have to go while standing. I have to go by taxi many times specially during night. Rest Hotel services were upto the mark.

We booked with al hidaya towers. The location was far but good shuttle service compensated for it as it was round the clock. Room service and cleaning services were remarkable. Rooms were clean and neat. Daily housekeeping services were provided. Hotel staff including reception staff and Mr Waseem and Mr Aziz were very good and professional. Overall the stay was good. I will highly recommend it to others and will come to stay again. It was good experience.
