They laundry lost my Ihram and said they will give me a big discount on my next laundry. Nothing was communicated to anyone else about it so I barely got a discount. The receptionist are slow. When you call reception nor laundry picks up half of the time. The shuttle to haram during Ramadan was acceptable however there is no clear communication on which station your bus will be at and on the buses there is a sign at the front of the bus that says the hotel name. Yeah that’s very helpful when looking for your hotel’s bus when they’re all parked sideways.

Öncelikle türkseniz kesinlikle burada kalmalısınız. Mutfak tam bize göre. Tüm ırklardan misafirleri vardı ve herkes memnun. Grup değil bireysel geldim ve Al Harama yakın en güzel otellerden birisi. 7/24 ücretsiz Al Harama servisi mevcut. Kötü yazılan yorumlar gördüm. Allah onlara hidayet versin. 10/10 fiyat performans. Hiç başka otellere bakmadan burada konaklayabilirsiniz.

We check in first, then rest, and then take a bath. I am Chok when I see the fresh towel provided for us. The Hilton hotel, a four-star establishment, does not meet expectations. The valley boys are friendly, and when we request assistance, they help us with our luggage. From my perspective, please ensure that these items are thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized before placing them in the room.

After booking, I read some negative reviews about the check-in process, and unfortunately, I experienced the exact same thing. When I reached the counter, the receptionist was completely distracted by his mobile phone. When his phone rang, he walked away to take the call and never came back, forcing me to switch to another queue. The lady at the second counter seemed entirely focused on Arabic-speaking guests. After I had been waiting in line for half an hour, two people who hadn't even been in the queue walked right up, and she served them instead of me. When it was finally my turn again, she was once again focused on her phone. She eventually acknowledged me but oddly questioned why I was only staying for one night. She then claimed she was giving me 'complimentary' breakfast, which made no sense since I had already paid for a booking that included breakfast. The check-in process here can easily take 1 to 2 hours because the front desk staff is more interested in their phones or chatting than respecting the queue. Aside from the terrible service, the hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were fine. However, there was a bizarre incident at breakfast. My water bottle leaked and spilled a little water on the table. It was just a minor accident, but no less than eight different waiters and staff members came over to confront me about it, which was incredibly annoying and unnecessary. It was looking I have stolen something or done, some where so much ferious like they really want to eat me for it. In summary: the staff is highly unprofessional and the customer service is poor, but the rooms are clean and the food is good.

I had a bad experience during the check in where I was asked by the front desk to wait for 3 hours to be able to do check in in one room, and one more hour to check in to the other room. I was told at first that they don’t have any reservation, then I was checked in, yet I was not assigned to the rooms I paid for. Other than that, the place is clean, and they have shuttles to haram around the clock. Despite the issue I highly recommend this place.

الفندق بشكل عام نظيف وجميل وافطاارهم يخدم اكثر شي الاتراك مو الذوق العام الغرف بالكامل نظيفه عدا فرش الارض جدا وسخ صراحة الفنادق الي ماتهتم بنظافة الفرش ايش الفايده تخلي الارضيه مفروشة! تحطها باركيه او بلاط انظف لها او تجيب سجاجيد صغيره عشان تستبدلها وتنظفها بعد كل زائر الباصات نظيفة ومكيفه ولكن توقف في منطقه جداً بعيده عن الحرم (خلف المسعى) والى ماتوصل لباب العمره تحتاج نصف ساعه اقل شي مشي توقف عند موقف شعب عامر باب غزه الباصات حسب كلام موظفين الاستقبال انها تردديه كل ٢٠ دقيقه يجي باص جديد ف الواقع الانتظار اكثر من ٢٠ دقيقه وخلال فتره النهار كمان يصير الوقت اطول وماينتظر الباص دقيقتين الا ويمشي عكس بقية الباصات ! كلها تنتظر اقل حاجة ١٠ دقايق وتعامل سائقين الباص جداً سئ قدمنا شكوى للاستقبال على سائق الباص بدون جدوى طلبنا التواصل مع المدير وتم تصريفنا بالانتظار دون حضوره اخر تجربه في هذا الفندق السئ
