TIME Ruba酒店及套房 (Time Ruba Hotel & Suites)

房間大，設施齊全，還有個簡易的廚房，保險箱，熨燙機均有。大堂很大氣，有免費的椰棗，還有一種當地的茶。有班車説是到禁寺，但是我們當天放在了一個停車場，有轉了次車過去的。

Hotel moderno, pulito e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione e servizio navetta utile per raggiungere il Haram. Un po’ distante dal centro, ma nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato!

It is a wonderful place to stay in Makkah. The staff are professional, friendly, and clearly experienced, making the stay smooth and pleasant. The value for money is excellent and the quality of service far exceeds the price paid. The only area that could be improved is the restaurant, which is average compared to the rest of the hotel’s exceptional standards.

المكان حلو و نظيف

Luxurious and spacious room space, nice breakfast, friendly staff. BUT, the room is not ready during my check-in time. The room soundproofing is moderate. You can hear the next room arguing voice. Also, you can feel the air conditioning flow from the next room.

Maashaallah tabaarakallah.. the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in makkah..the price is great, worth it. everything is excellent. The bus for haram is hourly. Waiting time for check in is smooth, and fast. The room is huge, specious, clean, complete amenities, super clean bathroom, super comfy bed, more pillows. The service was great and amazing.. special thanks to miss.Raneem for her kindness, for being nice to the guests.. and also to the receptionist miss Ro’a.. thank you for the consideration letting us to check out a bit late.. keep it up guys! We will go back and stay in This hotel again in sha allah.. from al-baha with love 🥰

I stayed at TIME Ruba Hotel & Suites and while the staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this category. Breakfast was repetitive with very little variation from day to day. When it comes to the room, I booked a suite (their best according to reception), yet there were several issues: • Stains on the carpet • Burn marks and damage on the curtain • Dirty couch • The balcony door wouldn’t close properly • Poor maintenance overall (e.g., torn fabric, damaged furniture) Additionally, I found a bug on the bed and experienced a lot of mosquitos, possibly because of the faulty balcony door. The swimming pool experience was also disappointing. The sauna was out of order, the steam room was permanently closed, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The male pool was delayed in opening, yet it closed on time—meaning less swimming time than scheduled. The shuttle service to Haram lacked clear communication. Neither the reception nor the driver provided proper guidance on where to find the bus at the Haram, or where it stops. When asked, the driver just vaguely pointed in the general direction. I believe the hotel staff are doing their best, but it’s clear that they are not given enough resources or support from management. This place has potential but currently falls short in many ways.

Decent hotel for its price, children enjoyed the swimming pools, staff where friendly, food was amazing. Only issue was the cleaning and room service, maybe it was because I use to leave late at night. Other than that I can’t fault the hotel zz

Hotel was really nice with all 5 star amenities. Room was large and clean. Washroom was big and super clean. Only problem was it's location. Very far from Haram. Shuttle service during last ashra of ramadan was very tricky with no check n balance from Hotel management. Taxi's were super expensive charging 50-80 riyals one way to and from Haram. However you can also take # 10 Makkah bus to Haram which charges only 4 riyals. The bus stop is right next to Hotel and drops at Jabal e Kabah station. Overall Hotel was value for money.
