This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The service is exceptional, the cleanliness is impeccable—definitely a 10/10—and the staff are incredibly helpful. Everything you might need is readily available, often without even having to ask. The hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk to the Haram, but there’s a convenient shuttle bus every hour, or you can take a taxi for just 10–15 Riyals. I’ll definitely be returning again and again!

This is a nice hotel but little far with excellent services. The shuttle runs to haram but every hour but very to catch the driver on the way back as his timings doesn’t coincide with the prayer times. Receptionist Ayesha was wonderful

My 2 days stay in Park Inn Mecca was so expectional and extraordinary and much amazing. The staff were so friendly extremely helpful and selectively in their attitude which was 100% positive. The hygiene and cleanliness is a top everseen in my lastest 永安s in so many countries and cities around the world. Location was so close to Haram Mosque and so far from the Railway station the most convenient location to travel to other nearby cities. The only one dislike was the shuttle timings to Haram wasn't accurate and some drivers do not wait for a second to find out whether there is any one willing to travel. As general my experience was awesome and I do advice and recommend Mecca visitors to stay in Park Inn.

There was no queen bed so I had to put the two beds together. The hotel is clean and not far from the Masjed. Yet the bus doesn't really send u near the holy mosque, you still need to walk quite a bit
