Everything is good!!! But their standard operational procedure especially their greeting, and welcoming guest / visitor needs to be more warm, friendly and helpful. Lack of informartion regarding their bus and shuttle. Asking staffs didnt help since their limited information.

還好吧！因人而異，就是前台服務較冷漠，做衞生的還行，衞生間沒有通風系統，味道有點奇怪，設備還湊合，老闆很懂得投資，大廳展桌擺放花卉比較有藝術感

Before the conclusion I will explain my situation. We arrived from Canada very tired. It took them hours to registered us. The woman in the front desk made a great gesture she offered us to upgrade to the « disability »room. The room was spacious. During all our stay the cleaning was not been done. Consequently, due to the dust, I had an asthma crisis and bronchitis. I asked several times to clean the house but, nothing has changed. At the end we shorten our stay from 10 to 6 days. We asked to be refund but it was refused. I choose Marriot hotel but I think even those names have no sense anymore,we are just numbers. No customer service anymore. It is sad knowing the amount of money that coast this travel .

This hotel nice for backpacker umroh ...the problem is just shuttle bus from hotel to Haram sometimes take 20 mnt bcz bus must be go to kudai and then change another bus again ...overall for hotel Good

Good new hotel not so far from Haram. It is about 1km from. The service was great and the facilities is new. Shuttle bus available 24/7 and always available + efficient. Good price for a 5 star hotel in peak season. Got room with Makkah city view, clock tower and can see LMT hotel in distance. Will recommend to my friends and family and will stay again. Great hospitality, great hotel and services.

The bus service is very poor and does not adhere to the provided schedule. During prayer times, the buses remain halted for over 45 minutes. Upon returning to the Haram, the receptionist explained that buses are not permitted to operate outside the bus stand during prayer times. However, no proper bus schedule was provided to clarify this. Additionally, during our 3-day stay, the buffet breakfast offered almost the same items every day, showing little variety.
