That’s very bad . Especially Internet isn’t working . And the other thing is that they didn’t even clean the rooms. I spent 3 days but they didn’t even change the bed sheets and didn’t change the towels and cleaness. Also it’s too away and crowdy. Only the air condition is best .

One of the best budget hotels for an Umrah 永安. I booked it for November 20–22, 2025, at 150 SAR for a 2-night stay room only. The location is excellent—surrounded by grocery stores, laundry services, restaurants, and various shops. For a group of four, the room is spacious enough, though the bathroom is relatively small. Overall cleanliness is good, except for the carpet, which could be improved. The room is equipped with an electric kettle and a surprisingly medium-sized, good-quality fridge for storing food. Access to the Haram is a major plus, as the hotel provides reliable shuttle buses to and from the Haram. The shuttle buses are new and comfortable compared to those from neighboring hotels. The reception area is large, with plenty of couches, and even has massage chairs available for an extra cost of 10 SAR for 15 minutes.
