Unfortunately, the service was a huge let-down. The reception area felt more like an immigration counter than a hotel front desk. I could barely see the staff behind the counter, and when I did, they were unfriendly and showed no smile at all. When I requested a fresh towel, the receptionist just said, “Will see,” in a rude tone. Asking for extra bottled water meant waiting until the next day, which is unacceptable. Even though I pressed the “make up room” button all day, housekeeping never came. The lobby didn’t feel safe or welcoming either—it was crowded with guests milling around and gave off a chaotic vibe. Overall, while the room is okay, the service and atmosphere are far below standard. I would not recommend this hotel if you value good hospitality.

Eto Makkah This my 2 nd visit of this hotel ,very comfortable stay, staff were super kind and helpful. Clean rooms and great service, I really enjoyed my time here, Lovely hotel, everything was well organized and welcoming. Excellent location and very friendly atmosphere. Great breakfast and cozy environment, highly recommend! Everything exceeded my expectations, will definitely come back.”

Must recommend solo travels and active male friends but for families with children get ready to pay for taxi as by walk 25 minutes from masjid haram.Having free WiFi and tea making facility in room washroom clean with all accessories including tooth brushes and temperature control and fire alarm system I loved the stay.
