位置絕佳，景色絕佳，樓下就是大型商場。步行100米就到麥加清真寺，天房景觀的房型俯瞰無遮擋!閉眼沖!🕋👍🙏 可以理解朝聖的旅客非常多，但早餐質量再高一些就更好了。

It’s my third time at the Swissotel Makkah and I was not disappointed. The room had a great view of the Kaaba, the breakfast was very rich, and the location is excellent. I can only recommend it!

I booked this hotel for my parents. Where do I start ! The room, view, food and especially staff were amazing. A big thank you to Shahd from guest relations for her patience and professionalism. Thanks to her and the team we managed to pull off a surprise birthday for my father. The cake was succulent, the bouquet was beautiful… everything was on point. Thank you Swissotel Makkah 🤍

Great experience, the staff was amazing and went way and beyond, we had 3 rooms 3428, 3431 both with kabba view. The rooms were clean and spacious the bathroom on the smaller side. The manager on our floor was great, he made our stay perfect, breakfast was sent to our room for my disable father. Very considerate. 10/10 overall. I have stayed in other hotels in clock tower but this by far is the best. Thank you, hope to stay again soon

國內快捷酒店配置，人太多了，窗外的風景值3k，房間值300，另外屋外前面樓頂的空調低頻噪音非常明顯，但看克爾白禮拜的時候、這噪音總有一份神祕感。另外非穆斯林可以去麥加，住這個酒店的話、每天2、4、5點30準時叫您起床。

Menginap di Swissôtel Makkah benar-benar pengalaman yang luar biasa. Lokasinya sangat strategis, hanya beberapa langkah menuju Masjidil Haram, sehingga memudahkan untuk beribadah. Dari kamar, pemandangan ke Haram sangat indah dan menenangkan hati. Kamar yang saya tempati bersih, luas, dan nyaman, dengan fasilitas lengkap. Pelayanan staff juga sangat ramah dan sigap membantu setiap kebutuhan. Makanan yang disajikan di restoran hotel pun bervariasi, enak, dan cocok untuk berbagai selera. Secara keseluruhan, Swissôtel Makkah memberikan kenyamanan maksimal selama berada di Tanah Suci. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi siapa saja yang ingin mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang berkesan dekat Masjidil Haram.

Overall, the hotel was excellent, especially with its great location near Al-Haram and the Kaaba. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast it would be nice to have more variety of options

The hotel concierge service is very poor, they are very slow with luggage service, we called 3 times and still no one came for luggage collocations, we told duty manager, and her answer was “O Really”, and then no apologies or nothing

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Extremely close to the haraam with two entrances either via outside the street past al safah tower or can go through the clock tower. You have the option of both safa tower and the clock tower for food and shopping. The service was brilliant. Honestly there is absolutely nothing I could even complain about. If I was to return again I would 100% book again. The staff are absolutely amazing.
