The service was a top note! All the staff are super helpful and friendly. The location also still in Haram area, can access by walking, but they provide golfcart and shuttle bus too to make you easier to go to Haram. Best experience for me and my family

Review Title: Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Jabal Omar Makkah. The hotel is perfectly located, very comfortable, and offers exceptional hospitality. I would like to especially thank Mahdi, who takes care of the rooms and housekeeping service. He was always attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience — I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

All perfect. For location, its quite hilly if wanna walk even closed enough to Baitullah. But very reliable shuttle, hardly need to wait longer than 5 minutes. Only 1 time in 7nights stay, I had to wait for about 10minutes or so to go back to Hotel from Masjidil-Haram. Other than that, normally less than 2-3 mins even. I would no doubt to stay here again for the price it has to offer especially with 永安

Very poor customer service. The staff seem unaware of their own services — they didn’t even know about the shuttle service or its pick-up and drop-off points. I had to call every day just to get the room cleaned and request basic amenities. Upon check-in, I had to find a porter myself because the reception staff neither knew nor bothered to help. The same happened at checkout — the porter left the luggage in the luggage room, and when the driver arrived, no staff was available to load it into the van, so I had to do it myself while other staff just watched. The room itself was disappointing: fridge not working, bad sewage smell, dirty carpet, and unclean floors. Overall, this hotel is very average for the price paid, with extremely poor service. At the same price point, you can definitely find much better options.

My one king bed room has been upgraded to suite wirhout any additional charges. When we talk about suite, of course everything inside the room will be better than the normal deluxe room. But the most lovely part I cherished a lot is the view which direct to Masjidil Haram. The best part is that there is a direct speaker to the room from Masjidil Haram which you can follow for prayer. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus operated 24hours to and from Masjidil Haram. Overall, this hotel is superb...
