The Room smells so bad from the bathroom. In the reception 2 customers were complaining from Ants in the room and the other one from water leak at the water tank. The worst hotel ever

I booked Emaar Grand but they gave me room on next tower which is actually Emaar al Diyafa Hotel, said room is not ready on Emaar Grand tower. Room was quite small for 4 beds. Breakfast was truly good.

One thing to note is that the distance to Haram is quite far, which can be difficult to manage with kids, especially in the heat. If you’re traveling with children, I would recommend staying somewhere a bit closer.

Waited very long at checkin counter. Staff kept doing other things or speaking to other people while dealing with my checkin. Eventually only gave us 2 of our 3 rooms. We went to haram and returned about 11pm then went to checkin coynter but again waited 30mins fir 2rd room keycards. Went to room and found 3beds when we booked 4bed room. Phoned reception but extra bed brought to room at 2am after calling multiple times.

Not sure how but It's says 5 star but its not, according to services and location it should be 2 star. 😠 Driver can't drop off luggage in front of the hotel. Luggage drop off is 5 mins away! 🧳 No service to bring luggage in, you gotta drag it yourself or pay extra! 😡 #HotelReview #TravelFail #LuggageNightmare

Started check in with a customer complaining while I was being served. When annoyed me was the receptionist taking her time to check me in but also while using her phone to watch several clips sent to her on whatspp. Several lifts in the building which is like a game to which will open. During prayer time, leave around 10 minutes than you would normally do as the lift stops pretty much on each level for people to go prayers

Very congested room with very small single beds ,i had ordered standard double room but they alot us 4seater room with very small single bed which are very uncomfortable .cleaniness is not very good .very disappointing .i requested 永安 to cancel or modify my booking as i was very disappointed by this room in which we cannot adjust properly but no satisfactory reply from 永安 also ,as i am diamond tier member i had multiple bookings with 永安 but they disappointed me as well.
