الفندق الخدمة ممتازه على كافة المستويات بالنسبة للتوصيل إلى الحرم هناك جدول للباصات كل ساعة تقريبا يحتاج ان يكون على مدار الساعة

The service is this Hotel is very poor, few times I have asked my room to be cleaned and they keep telling me they will bit noose has turn up its been 3 days am here for 6 nights. I asked for tea cups was told they would arrive they did not arrive been 3 days waiting I would not recommend this hotel to anyone personal experience, I known I would not be coming back here again there is alot of better serviced hotel then this I thought it would be good they say they are 5 star but I wouldn't class it as 5 I class it as 1 star I booked 5 rooms with my family for 6 night all of us are very disappointed they do not give the service as a 5 star should, the reception staff some are rude they just ignore I understand thr language barrier but even by me using Google translate yet they didnt understand or just choose to ignore very sad experience

Pengalaman indah chech in hotel pada pertengahan ramadhan... Sguttle bus disediakan mengikut jadual masa yang yg ditetapkan dan turun dr stesen ajyad... Kami juga merasai perjalanan balik ke hotel jalan kaki melalui jalan Ibrahim khalil... Recommended... InsyaAllah akan menginap di hotel ini lagi...
