The hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel was exactly as the pictures on 永安. We arrived at the hotel on a very late flight, however the reception was very attentive and met our needs. It was my birthday they offered me an upgrade and was very professional. The rooms were very warm with good decor. Room service and housekeeping were amazing . They kept refilling our beverages and made sure we had everything we needed. The shuttle service was a little slow and came late to pick up from the connecting bus station . We had to get two buses however it was very well planned. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Hotel is new and with shuttle service to Haram I didn’t use it I preferred to go closer to Haram by taxi Staff and food services are ok , could be better. But still fine. I had breakfast and dinner there

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton DoubleTree. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to help, which made a big difference to our experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. There is a 24-hour bus service to the Haram and it only takes around 8 minutes, which was very convenient. The food was amazing. Room service was delicious and arrived on time. We also had the breakfast buffet and there were so many options to choose from. Everything was fresh and tasty. We really loved staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
