Bilik pertama yang diberikan adalah bilik berempat sedangkan kami tempah bilik berdua. Layanan yang kurang mesra. Hotel ada menyediakan buggy tapi amat terhad.

Dekat dengan masjid al-haram , tepat sekali di belakang zamzam tower , tetapi jalannya naik ke atas ketika pulang ke hotel, ketika datang ke masjid jalannya turun , hotel dekat dengan kedai dan laundry

The location of hotel was not so far from Haram but the road was very difficult. It's way is Like ascending mountain. The service of golf car was very bad. Its presence was not so frequent as other hotels in the area. Contacting the reception was nearly impossible as the internal telephone doesn't answer. The bathroom in lobby is very dirty. For old age this hotel is not convenient or comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The lift was out of order most of the time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The bathrooms and rooms were not properly cleaned, and I even experienced the electric socket sparking a few times, which felt unsafe. The management was unhelpful and did not address these issues. Additionally, the hotel is located in a hill area, which makes access more difficult. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The proximity to Masjid al-Haram facilitated convenient access for all prayer times.

The hotel was OK. It was last minute booking as my original hotel was cancelled. Its close to the Masjid Haram. Only downside is the hotel is on top of a mountain so if you have elderly people with you, I wouldn't recommend it but if you are actively fit then its less than 5 minute walk. Apart from that there aren't much local restaurants nearby again its about coming out of the hotel down the hill, to a restaurant then back up. You can eat at the hotels restaurant if you want if your willing to pay extra. The hotel rooms are dated and definitely could do with a refurb, but overall ok for the price and location.

I used Elaf Anaya’s 20 years ago and it was amazing. Although not as close to the Haram as other hotels, the shuttle provided was frequent and dropped one to the haram. Now the shuttle is on its last legs. The drop off is 100 m from the hotel and 500m to the haram. The rooms are tired looking- carpets look unclean and the bathroom facilities is outdated with stained fabric shower curtains, defective toilets. Even though this was reported on day one, 6 days later no plumber was around to fix it. Although the clean room sign is placed on the door, the room is not cleaned until you catch the cleaner in the corridor to ask him. The towels and loo rolls are not always replenished. The door swipe keys kept getting jammed and despite being 5 travellers with 5 keys, we were only issued with 2 defective keys. I also discovered that there were cockroaches living with us and the dead pigeon  spotted on our balcony on day 1 , was still there as we left today.The breakfast is average. I don’t intend to ever return, it was a real nostalgic downer.

I recently stayed at Elaf Ajyad Hotel Makkah, and overall, it was an average experience. Here’s a breakdown: ✅ Pros: • Location: Situated fairly close to the Haram, but the steep uphill walk can be challenging, especially for elderly guests. • 24-hour Front Desk: Staff is available around the clock, which is convenient for late check-ins. • Room Size: The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Final Verdict: Elaf Ajyad Hotel is a budget-friendly option for those looking to stay close to the Haram without paying premium prices. However, the uphill location and outdated facilities may not be ideal for everyone. If you’re looking for basic accommodation and don’t mind the walk, this could work. Otherwise, consider alternatives with better accessibility. Overall I loved our stay in this hotel.

Although the hotel is at a better location, their service is the worst. They have a shuttle service, but it will pick you up halfway up the cliff and drop you off there (you have to walk half way and wait there for more than ten minutes). The staff works very slowly, and the receptionists are rude and disrespectful. The phone service in the hotel room is also non-functional. The carpets are dirty and full of stains , toiletries (check in picture) .I will advise keeping this hotel as the last option if you wish to travel there to fulfill religious obligations with your family . the last photo I provided shows an employee treating customers in a nasty and disrespectful manner.
