旅館出門就是海灘，每天可以到海灘山曬曬🌞；周邊小店也很多購物方便~ 老闆人很好會盡力滿足住客的要求；廚房小哥也很nice,每天都會提供簡單卻很美味的早餐~ 總的説來馬累人熱情好客服務精神很強，是一個讓人很能放鬆享受美景的好地方~

Es handelt sich um ein einfaches Hotel in zentraler Lage, welches uns für nur eine Nacht ausreichend war. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber für uns okay. Der Flughafentransfer ist ebenfalls inklusive.

Basic room  Basic service Encouraged to eat in restaurant downstairs, pressured to be precise. There restaurant and everything we wanted to order was “not available” so everyone in restaurant eating the same thing. Pathetic actually. Breakfast no vegetarian options even though this was very clear.  Lack of soap in bathroom Shower very weak Internet was awful kept disconnecting after ten minutes then you had to keep inputting a ridiculous long password to use again. No not our phone setting. It’s their set up. Stupid.

這個酒店是我已經來了馬爾代夫9次碰到的最不靠譜的酒店，由於之前訂的酒店需要內陸飛機到達，我們航班到馬累已經是晩上22點多了．已經沒有內陸飛機可以使用，我們衹能再訂了一天馬累機場附近的過渡酒店住一天，按酒店要求已經很早預約了第一天的接機，然後酒店在沒通知我們的情況下，沒有安排人來接機．我們在機場C 11櫃枱根本找不到酒店工作人員，我們滯留在機場一個多小時（深夜），然後永安讓我打車到酒店，到酒店後，前台工作人員告我説他們11點以後就停止接機服務（但從來沒有人告我過有這要求），更過份的是酒店當晚已經滿房了．根本沒有給我留房，即不接機，也不留房，這個馬累過渡酒店太差了，是我遇上的最不靠譜的酒店。然後我被酒店安排住在了離酒店幾百米遠的沿街整晚摩託車轟鳴聲的衞生極差，無牙刷，無拖鞋的另外一家酒店的房間！這次經歷讓我以後再也不想住馬累的過渡酒店了，以後一定要定可以直接上島的航班直接上島住度假村

The room was good. Very clean and comfortable. The shower drained well. The sheets and bed were OK. The problem was that the shower water temperature was not stable and there was no hook for the shower head, so I couldn't wash my head with both hands. The hot water sometimes came out and sometimes didn't depending on the timing. It would be helpful if they provided a service such as an adapter for overseas electrical plugs. The biggest problem was the attitude of the staff! Very bad. There was no support for carrying luggage, and when I asked, they just ran away. The man at the front desk did not think that his job was to serve customers. Communication would have gone well if he had explained things slowly and calmly, but he got angry and confrontational, his language was rough, and it was extremely unpleasant. It is very important to improve for your sake. I think they should receive hospitality training.

I do not know who wrote positive reviews about this hotel, but this is a lie! This is the worst hotel in my life! You will feel a terrible stench throughout the hotel, on the stairs, in the corridors, and especially in the room the smell of sewage and old, dirty bed linen. Look at the photos of the pillow and other things! They post photos from a room with an ocean view - it's a lie. The ocean will not be visible in any of their dirty windows. The hotel is located in a very dirty alley, although close to the waterfront. Did someone praise the breakfast here? Look at the photo! That's all they offer for breakfast. It's scary to touch it, not what eat this! Look at the shower photo! There is nothing in the bathroom, no soap, no shampoo, not even a single hook to hang a towel. There is also one towel, an old one with a nasty smell. And all this for more than 50 USD per day!!! Avoid this hotel! The health services should close this hotel as soon as possible!

酒店免費機場來回接送實在太好 所有員工也極友善 距離機場大概10mins 車程 落機後直接行去機場的酒店櫃台 有staff 安排乘車往酒店 酒店沒有電梯 但職員會幫忙提行李 房間整潔 儲水式熱水爐 洗澡不能太耐 因為會沒有熱水 整體性價高 值得推介作入𡷊停留一晚
