Lovely place to stay right in the centre of the old town. Only disappointment was thatI booked it specifically for the spa (and I thought having it in the name would be the best) but it only works in certain hours and by booking. This wasn’t made clear on their description of facilities on the app. Having made the booking that same day and after a long travel journey that was highly disappointing. Tried to get a cancellation talking to staff and explaining the situation but they refused saying full fee would be charged anyway. They should really make clear is only a spa for one person at the time. Other than that, nice place.

No staff at the reception when we arrived at 4pm, so we had to use local line to contact them. The room is big. Have to park in the public parking which is around 10mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel located in small alley.
