Hôtel parfaitement bien situé si vous cherchez de la tranquillité. L’emplacement est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins et le restaurant est excellent. Nous avons adoré les jours passés ! Un grand merci !

十分好的酒店，villa很新很大，綠化、泳池都維護得很好。從酒店海灘直接可以坐船前往atm三島（正對着），酒店可提供較便宜的跳島遊，很好很值得

Super schöne Villen nur leider abseits von allem. Wenn ihr ihr was sehen wollt oder Aktivitäten vorhabt, braucht ihr definitiv ein Taxi oder Roller, zu Fuß erreicht man da nichts was nahe liegt. Wer nur seine Ruhe will und abschalten möchte, ist genau richtig!

Great hotel and service. Its a bit remote so theres not much around and the nearest civilization is Senggigi beach which is around 20 mins by car. The beach is shared with the boat guys who have made it dirty, so its not a great beach, but you get easy direct access to the Gili islands by speedboat. If you speak to the boatman directly its around 20% less than through the hotel.

I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day 永安. You will never regret choosing this hotel!

The hotel is awesome. I really liked the private swimming pool in my villa, the outdoor shower and the bed. The breakfast is amazing (the scrambled eggs are the best I've ever had). Everything is clean and in good style. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the beach quality is not great.

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!
