The experience was terrible, staff is not at all supportive, i paid for the room and i felt the previous hotel i stayed was better and costed me room has holes all around and pool is so small… anything i was requesting they mentioned one word “no” I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel ever again

Property is located on great location in front of maple beach but its old and needs up-gradation. Rooms were not clean and I have to ask for a change as my room had a bad odor. Staff were good and food was great.

Hotel is just on Malpe beach and the staff is courteous. Rooms are small, beds are also small, ACs are broken, there are centipedes in the rooms, washroom taps are old and hard to operate. when we got the room, it didn't have towels, dental kits, soap etc. we had to ask for it.

Good location, but hotel needs lot of Renovations, modifications and the pool needs to be cleaned because of insects

Good rooms but very old rooms and didn’t have balcony. Breakfast could be better and tasty. Buffet breakfast spread was limited. Bath tub was with many scratches. Rooms were clean and hygiene.

Awesome beach side hotel with good food, rooms were near with swimming pool and good parking space. Had a great family time at Malpe beach

Room service is not upto the mark. Swimming pool was full of leaves and insects were flowing in the water. Even after multiple asks to clean it, they didnt clean the pool.
