one of the best hotels in manali. great service.. food is beyond amazing. staffs are really helpful and kind. we booked their travel package at reasonable price. our driver Sunil took us around. will 100% recommend this hotel if you're visiting manali. you'll not be disappointed.

Room was not good, differs from photo it was smelling like cigarettes, bed was sloppy from left upper side. No coffee , milk, tea bags in room, Water bottles were there only on day1, next day it wasnt there.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Broadway Inn in Manali. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Old Manali and Mall Road, and just a short 200m walk from the serene Devi Hadimba Temple. This made it an ideal base to explore the beauty of Manali. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly considerate and humble throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Amit Kumar, who handled our room service with utmost care. His soft-spoken demeanor and prompt service truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Whether it was the delicious food, the scenic surroundings, or the attentiveness of the staff, everything contributed to a memorable experience. Highly recommend Broadway Inn for anyone visiting Manali! Will definitely return on my next 永安.
