This is a very terrible apartment, the bed spread were not change and the room not clean also there are not towels provided with poor services.

We booked a hotel with parking. There was no signage and when we followed the location tab it took us to a less than stellar property with no signage, no parking and no way to tell if we even arrived. The location was also unpleasant so we did not check in at all but rather found somewhere else to stay.

曼城阿差區，臟亂差。沒有接待員，打電話找不到人，入住困難。關鍵是臟，很多蟲子，咬的一宿沒睡。

We arrived at the property one hour later than the scheduled check-in time. Upon arrival, we found that the property did not meet our expectations. There was no front desk or reception, and it appeared to be privately operated rather than a professional hotel. I had informed them in advance that I would be arriving an hour late as I was driving from Inverness to Manchester. Despite this, they requested an additional £10 in cash upon arrival, which was late at night. This was highly unusual and not something I have experienced in any of my previous travels. Furthermore, I was not provided with Wi-Fi access, which I found very unprofessional and inconvenient. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

Absolutely horrible! Terrible location , terrible communication! From stains on the “blinds” to the walls and on the bed . Holes in the walls . Horrible smell coming from everywhere inside . Pointless kettle and mug in the room … noisy neighbours and absolutely filthy . Didn’t even sleep in the room just about sat on the bed . Would not recommend absolutely disgusting!!

I cancelled my statement at the last minute due to illness, and I found the customer services team slow to react and cancel my stay despite contacting them 4 times! Nonetheless I would like to stay there in the future.

The location is not good. There is no signature / banner displaying the name of this guest house. Spent around 1 hr to locate this apartment. The photos displaying the in 永安 is misleading. I need to pay extra GBP 10 to upgrade ensuite room. Attached pls find the photo taken from the room where I stayed.
