不列顛尼亞薩斯酒店曼徹斯特 (Britannia Sachas Hotel Manchester)

Отель стоит за свою цену, в центре. Уборка каждые 4 дня, но если надо, убирают по запросу. Доп оплата не требуется. На счет бассейна не уточнили, в отель приходили только спать. Чай кофе очень много, комната большая и потолки высокие. Мы взяли номер с окном.

The location is amazing, right next to the manchester picadelly, but the room could use a bit of an upgrade. I was at one of the best rooms and they dont provide roomservice/ housekeeping while you stay there, regardless of how long you stay. Also I had an awful view of a back alley while in the description "City view" was promised.

Good location in the city centre, the room without windows was a little old and tired, and the wall paper seemed a bit worn out and made it look darker! Could have used a more uplifting lighter wallpaper! Other than that full amenities provided (towels, hair dryer, packet teas). No toothbrush/paste though! One more point, staff was inquiring me as I re-entered the door) as if I were some intruder checking my key door and room number, i didnt mind but a more polite way of asking could be nice!

Breakfast was not offered as an option. Check in was slow & the reception staff were not very welcoming. There was a lady complaining that her bathroom was not clean, her issue didn't appear to be efficiently dealt with, causing her to be irate in the reception area resulting in a delayed check in for us. Our bedroom was at best 'average' not what we would consider an executive suite as sold. Not enough condiments for a 2 night stay. The television was wall mounted on the opposite side of the room to where the bed was placed, not making for comfortable viewing. Would have appreciated housekeeping checking if we needed towel change/toilet roll top up. I have stayed here on a previous visit to Manchester, I would not return. Considerably over priced in comparison to other hotels in the area & the quality of service.

hotel is close to the city centre . walkable near the tram area and the nearby mall. room is spacious and beds are comfortable.

衞生看着還行 但被子有股腳臭味薰得我睡不着 房卡也不好打開 浴室淋浴擰了半天 前台黑人服務態度也很差 優點就是在市中心 酒店還比較大價格還行

We had the window room, price is fantastic, room is big and clean, TV is very big, double the size that the usual hotel room has, bathroom big and clean like new, fan, hairdryer, kettle and tea/coffee. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of centre, lots of shops around, less than 10mins walk to Chinatown. Free newspaper available. Drink and snack vending machine at the lift available. But because the location is in the city, the room is bit noisy during the night. There some free postcard of the hotel at the lobby too.

What can I say. Entrance to hotel is nice as you walk and goes down there. Place is clean yes, but shows age. Lifts work and large. But, going down press button. But, blanked out or no indicator or level. Room and whole level 4 I was on had heating on middle of heat wave. Got to Room and found vents for air con, but busted control. Light fitting in bathroom blinked, Room. Felt aged and had open light bulb in closet. Was clean yes, but didn't feel 100 level. No way to turn heating off when I came back from gig. Ended up running Bath on. Min temp to cool down and sleep and off. By 4 am room with basic fan was just about cool enough to sleep. On entry back to hotel from gig had heavy handed security list checking even though guests had cards. Got my room no mixed up. But, gave name and ended to being marched to the desk to confirm my room and that I'd paid. Security guard told me that there is no way I had booked in when I had. No apology when it's confirmed I was a guest. Wouldn't stay again as hotel needs clear investment and feels like it would be a 40 quid a night level normally, but gig pricing raised costs. Now have a bad back and aching from sleeping in a bath for 90 quid and generally sore and tired. First time using Britainia should of gone with Travel lodge, IBis Brands or Premier Inn as nice front, but very dated and poor brand and rooms.

這種酒店跟中國國內沒得比，設施老舊，隔音差，門縫透光，房間衞生需要住滿5晚才能清理一次（毛巾浴巾可以自己前台拿取更換），唯一比較新的是電視機。預訂的時候是1張雙人床 及 1張單人床 及 1張梳化床，到了説房間沒梳化床，好在雙人床不止1.5米。房間與隔壁房間有聯通門，估計就是單扇門，隔音夠差夠差，夜裡安靜下來他們説啥聽得清清楚楚。交通位置還行，坐電車方便，周邊吃喝買東西步行即可。
