Everything was so nice but informing the demanded housekeeping service in advance to reception rather than just putting the sign in front of the door and the single duvet issue were a bit unpleasant. And even though the room is so clean I found hairs both on the blanket and the towels.

A lovely place. Friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioned rooms. Not far from the centre, there is a bus or tram stop right next door. Definitely would recommend.

Friendly staff. They were welcoming to my guest and even offered free coffee to them. I love the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend them.

這次出來旅行，找了很久的酒店才找到這家，還好這家乾淨整潔舒適，設施齊全，裝修也不錯，下次有機會再來住。

Booked this hotel, it was nice and clean - rooms were good. I chose this hotel for the price, however, it ended up being more expensive than other hotels we were looking at due to the daily parking charge. Had we known and factored this in, we would have gone for a nicer hotel with parking included.
