I recently stayed at Novotel Suites at Aqua, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a big difference — from soft linens to complimentary coffee and toiletries. The location was ideal — close to BGC and Rockwell, but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was fresh, delicious, and had plenty of options for everyone. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town and would highly recommend Novotel Suites at Aqua to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!

Люблю сеть Новотель, всегда хорошие матрасы и чисто . Вода почему-то была только холодная не удалось набрать вашу так как холодная ванна не хотелось бы . В прошлый раз был другой номер и вода горячая была . Возможно это проблема этого большого номера .

這間飯店距離機場約 30 分鐘車程，交通算是方便。周邊環境不錯，步行約 15 分鐘可以抵達附近的商場，雖然稍微有點距離，但仍可接受。 房間整體來說蠻舒適的，如果只是短暫入住一晚，是不錯的選擇。不過房內有些微下水道味道，這點希望能改善。 夜景很美，飯店在 21 樓設有觀景台，很適合拍照打卡。飯店樓下步行三分鐘就有一間 Lawson 便利商店，購物很方便，附近也有麻辣燙和按摩店，生活機能不錯。 早餐選擇比較少，菜色偏簡單，如果不是特別想在飯店用餐，其實可以不用特別加購。 健身房設備不多，但基本的器材都有，對於想簡單運動的人來說已經夠用。 如果只是短暫停留或轉機，這裡會是一個不錯的選擇。不過若想造訪市區其他景點，位置就稍嫌偏遠，建議使用 Grab 會比較方便。 泳池方面就比較普通，沒有太大亮點，若不是特別在意泳池設施，其實影響不大。 整體來說，這間飯店適合短期住宿，地點便利、夜景漂亮，生活機能也不錯，只是在設施與細節上還有一些可以加強的地方。

I recently stayed at the Novotel Suite Manila at Acqua and had a truly pleasant experience. The suite was modern, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym facilities. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with any request. I appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to both Makati and Mandaluyong. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

hotel was recommended by a friend as location was meant to be close to rockwell, was under the impression it will be a nice walk on the bridge to cross, but the neighbourhood around the hotel is not as great for a walk especially with children. the shower drainage did not work the first day and our bathroom area got flooded. next day they fixed though. the breakfast options were okay. the pool a bit small and the parasols are all broken, they cannot fully open. Not sure why they chose robes instead of towels by the pool. sun beds are a bit unsafe to use as it bends backwards, my friend carrying her boy in her arms almost fell over had I not caught her in time.

The amenities provided were fantastic as well. From the fitness center to the relaxing pool area, everything was in top condition and made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was both delicious and diverse, offering a wide range of options to please everyone's palate.

The hotel room is clean and neat! We rented a premium suite and they even have a kitchen utensils, rice cooker and induction stove we can use for preparing food. The staffs were also accomodating and they even followed my special request which is to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife and a baby crib. They gave us a complimentary cake and some themed balloons that works well with the room interior. Overall it was a fun and relaxing experience i'd give it a 5/5 👌
