Location is good near the sea. Cleaning , lighting, cooling etc of room was also good.Food quality of the hotel was excellent. Only some improvement is requirement in the servicing. Servecing of staff is very slow. For completion of order like food more time taken.

Hotels not offered us the room as per our booking anyhow they offered others room after 5 hours at 5pm .The service part is not good room are not clean even after informed. Food quality is also average

Door Lock 🔐 not working at washroom and main door. Restaurant doesn't equipped with professional team member .Food menu was very expensive as compared with others .

Rooms were clean, Food was good, cooked well. However, the service was very slow, like very slow. We had to order for items, 1 hour or 1.5 hours prior only then we received them in time.

Recently i visited kings crown resort with my family. I strongly recommend this resort for those who wants to spent a peaceful weekend with his/her family with in your budget. Complete value for your money spent. Everything were perfect there including the swimming pool. I took a deluxe room there and the it was neat and clean, room service was good but need to improve. Only about food, as per quality food rate is slightly over priced.

Worst hotel not a resort no wifi quality and price of food was not good at all manager of property was very rude and service of the staff was extremely slow we were literally not allowed to order our own choice of food they always use to say either restaurant is closed or else we cannot prepare the food. Very horrible property and the room was only deluxe in name no other deluxe thing was there a cheap quality room and deluxe room both are same for the property horrible experience

It is one of our horrible experience staying at kings crown. Don't have word to describe the poor stay condition. Light fan a/c door lock out of order. Restaurant took 1. 5hrs to serve rice dal potato fry and chicken curry 1plate each. Post discussion with managers and staffs i have understood the poor condition is only due to hotel owner. Owner is not providing sufficient resources to handle customers and customers are suffering blaming the staff and managers.
