飯店就在parkmall的對面，但需要過一個沒有紅路燈的斑馬線🤣 飯店頁面告知有海景、洗衣服務，實際上都沒有；房間以奇數、偶數分在兩側，兩側都沒有海景（即使到最高樓層了也沒有）、洗衣服務在對面的mall裡（但我不想扛著一袋衣物過馬路，所以不清楚物價跟服務品質）。 飯店隔壁（需要過一個停車場的出入閘門走進去），有7-11、少量餐廳、KTV、SPA，吃晚餐前可以去簡單按摩一下（價錢跟外面比起來相對貴一點，但勝在方便跟比臺灣便宜😂） 缺點： 房間是窗型冷氣，聲音超大聲。 窗戶沒有隔音功能，偶數房鄰近馬路，喇叭聲響不停；奇數房鄰近隔壁的KTV，每晚都有動茲動滋的音樂聲 早餐是自助式，種類大同小異（頂多肉類有變化烹調方式而已）

There is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels,  Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu

Booked this for a visiting friend. Location is great, just across the road from Parkmall. Check-in process was easy. The room was basic but for the price it is okay.

I love the modern interiors! The wall is amazing! The room may be small but very functional. The staff are friendly as well. Just fix the elevator Down button of the 5th floor and we are all good! I love it here. And also fix the cable so we have something to view at night.

Reception staff miss dixil was rude. We felt insulted by staying in a standard room she is not accommodating.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel and they upgraded us to the executive room which is more spacious. Yey! Kudos to whoever made that possible. Appreciate it very much. I love that the 永安 booking comes with a breakfast as I really like the breakfast area of this hotel. Location is great in a sense that it is right in front of a mall and also great for people not from Cebu who have medical appointments in the nearby Chong Hua Hospital - Mandaue. Another thing I like about this hotel is the spacious lobby and the Bodega co-working space and cafe which was a savior during my first stay since it opens early. Staff are polite and the hotel is generally clean. Will definitely consider staying here again if I need to be around Mandaue City.

何回も行ってるためか、エグゼクティブにアップグレードしてもらえた　デポで1000pesoはいつも通り　ドアボーイも気さくに挨拶してくれる　また泊まらせてもらうのでなにかと便利

The location was good walking distance to the mall restaurants and there’s a nearby hospital but our room can hear the loud sound outside and it bothers our sleeping time. The breakfast was good though they only have limited choices. Price wise its affordable for its good location.
